Daniel Trone: Founder of MapUtopia LLC.
Daniel is a graduate of the Univeristy of Denver, where he received his Master’s Degree in Geographic Information Science in 2012.
As an undergraduate student, Daniel studied geography, sociology, and anthropology at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he received a Bachelor of Social Science degree in 2003.
Daniel’s recent work history includes 2 years at the City of Denver, where he worked as a GIS Technician. His primary duties included providing GIS support for the City Council redistricting effort, map creation for various city agencies, and maintenance of a number of datasets including Census and American Community Survey data.
